We partnered with interior designer Sophie Paterson to step inside her Surrey home,
a space she and her family built from the structure up 11 years ago, transforming
what was once a building site into a light-filled, classically inspired family home with
warmth, heritage, and a beautifully layered feel.
Throughout the tour, Sophie shares how she blends eras and styles to create rooms
that feel collected rather than “finished”, from antique pieces and patinated oak to
statement artwork, meaningful family photography, and subtle architectural tricks like
stepped panelling and softly aged limewash finishes that add depth and character.
At the heart of the home is the expansive kitchen, the room that first sold Sophie on
the house, designed as a sociable hub for busy family life, entertaining, and everyday
routines. From textured plaster finishes and thoughtful lighting to a hardworking
utility room (complete with a candle cupboard), it’s a masterclass in making large
spaces feel both elevated and liveable.
Since filming, Sophie has returned to LHS Media Group to showcase more of her
projects, each one building on the same signature approach: timeless design, rich
texture, and practical family living, delivered with a seriously polished finish.

FEATURES IN ENGLAND
We partnered with Brian Woulfe, founder and creative director of Design by Woulfe,
to showcase his Little Venice apartment, a back-to-brick refurbishment that reflects
his design ethos of considered luxury, functionality, and everyday livability.
Located between Notting Hill and St John’s Wood, the property was reconfigured to
restore original ceiling heights, improve flow, and maximise light from front to back.
Formerly compartmentalised rooms were opened up to create a generous kitchen,
living, and dining space designed primarily for entertaining while remaining highly
practical for daily life.
Materiality plays a key role throughout the home. Natural marble and stone add
depth and drama, complemented by stained oak joinery, metallic finishes, and
layered lighting. The kitchen is centred around a large island designed for social
cooking, while bespoke banquette seating and oversized sofas create relaxed,
inviting zones for hosting.
Lighting is treated as an architectural element, with individually controlled circuits,
integrated cabinet lighting, and statement fixtures used to shape atmosphere
throughout the day. The result is a refined London home that balances elegance
with real-world functionality, showcasing Design by Woulfe’s approach to creating
interiors that are both beautiful and built to be lived in.

We partnered with Karen Howes and Jane Landino of Taylor Howes Designs to
showcase this £17,000,000 townhouse in Knightsbridge, transformed from a dark,
compartmentalised property into a refined, light-filled family home shaped by its
historic mews setting.
Inspired by the area’s cultural heritage, including links to Dame Margot Fonteyn
and the early history of Rolls-Royce, the design blends classical architectural
references with softly sculpted contemporary interiors. Arched openings, bespoke
joinery, warm timber tones, ribbed bronze detailing, and handcrafted stained glass
introduce character while maintaining a calm, cohesive flow throughout the home.
The principal floor connects formal living and dining rooms with a generous family
kitchen, designed for both everyday living and entertaining. A bespoke curved
staircase anchors the house, leading to an entertainment-focused basement
featuring a private cinema and bar, wellness suite, flexible guest accommodation,
and multi-purpose spaces.
Across the upper floors, serene bedrooms and a principal suite are defined by
tactile materials, layered lighting, and hand-selected natural stone. The feature
highlights a narrative-led London renovation where heritage, craftsmanship,
and contemporary family living are carefully balanced, positioning Taylor Howes
Designs as leaders in high-end residential transformation.

We partnered with interior designer Olivia O Wickerts of Omeo Designs to
showcase Casa Cenote, a fully renovated villa in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella
that blends Andalusian character with a resort-style approach to modern living.
Designed to feel immersive and layered, the home balances natural materials,
bespoke craftsmanship, and playful spatial moments throughout.
Through a full-home tour, the feature explored a layout shaped by light, flow,
and hidden functionality, from a dramatic solid oak entrance door to a kitchen
designed as both a social hub and a practical workspace. Concealed storage,
pocket doors, window seating, and a hidden pantry reveal a renovation focused
on everyday usability without sacrificing visual impact.
Across the villa, bespoke joinery, microcement finishes, ash oak detailing,
and richly textured bathrooms create a cohesive material language, while
each bedroom suite introduces subtle tonal shifts. Outdoor spaces extend the
experience with a sand-deck garden, poolside lounges, and a Bali-inspired
atmosphere designed as a destination in its own right.
The feature resonated with our global audience by offering a designer-led
perspective on high-concept renovation in Spain. By blending craftsmanship,
atmosphere, and hospitality-inspired amenities, the collaboration positioned Casa
Cenote as a distinctive example of experience-driven villa living.

We partnered with Jesse Harrison of Harrison Design to showcase this extraordinary
Beverly Hills estate, a complete architectural transformation of a former 1980s
Mediterranean home into a contemporary compound designed for large-scale living,
entertaining, and privacy.
Set across more than two acres, the 29,000 sq ft residence was entirely reimagined,
with the arrival sequence, floor plan, and exterior architecture redesigned to create
drama and flow. A serpentine driveway, expansive motor court, and monumental
pivot door establish a strong sense of arrival, while steel-trowelled stucco, bronze
windows and doors, and a standing seam metal roof define the home’s refined
transitional aesthetic.
Inside, formal and family spaces flow seamlessly through pocketing glass doors to
terraces, loggias, and landscaped gardens, allowing for effortless indoor-outdoor
living. Highlights include a double-height foyer with reworked staircases, expansive
entertaining rooms, a family-focused kitchen, and a formal dining room that opens
directly to the gardens.
The estate is completed by an infinity-edge pool overlooking Century City, multiple
outdoor entertaining zones, and a dedicated wellness and entertainment wing with
a custom cinema, gym, and spa facilities. The primary suite functions as a private
apartment within the home, reinforcing a design that balances architectural ambition
with considered, livable luxury.

showcase a modern hacienda-style home just outside Austin, Texas, a project
rooted in warmth, texture, and expressive material storytelling. Designed to
balance contemporary living with regional influence, the home reflects a playful
yet refined approach to everyday family life.
Through a full-home tour, the feature explored a series of interconnected living
spaces defined by arches, layered plaster finishes, handcrafted details, and
sculptural moments. From the open-plan kitchen and dining areas to multiple
lounges and a richly detailed bar, each space was designed to feel distinct
while remaining visually connected, encouraging both gathering and quiet
retreat.
Materiality plays a central role throughout the home, with natural stone, oak
cabinetry, handmade tile, and custom furniture creating depth and visual
rhythm. Thoughtful colour choices, tactile finishes, and collected personal
details bring warmth and individuality to the architecture, allowing the home to
feel both elevated and lived in.

both a family home and a destination wedding and events venue. Shaped by
landscape, craft, and a strong connection to its surroundings, the property
blends Old World European character with relaxed, hospitality-led living.
The interiors draw directly from the exterior environment, using mauve
plaster, reclaimed stone, terracotta, wood, and metal to create a seamless
flow between inside and out. Through a full-home tour, the feature explored
expansive gathering spaces alongside more intimate rooms layered with
antique fireplaces, sculptural beams, and custom furniture.
Beyond the interiors, the episode revealed garden paths, courtyards, vineyard
views, and event spaces woven into the landscape, designed to host
celebrations while maintaining a sense of privacy and calm.

We partnered with Leanne Kilroy, founder of Good Bones London, to
showcase her renovated Victorian townhouse in London, a once-divided
boarding house reworked into a warm, light-filled family home. Guided by a
practical, lived-in approach to period renovation, the project balances heritage
features with modern functionality and a strong sense of personal storytelling.
Through a full-home tour, the feature explored the transformed kitchen
and dining extension, designed around natural light, layered glazing, and
hardworking storage. Thoughtful details, from a jewel-box pantry and bespoke
island to vintage finds and meaningful heirlooms, reveal a home shaped by
collecting, memory, and everyday family life rather than perfection.
Across the townhouse, the episode highlighted spaces designed to work hard
without losing character, including a playroom-library, restored period rooms,
and a carefully planned primary suite with circular flow, custom joinery, and
material-rich finishes. Each room reflects Leanne’s belief in taking renovation in
stages, making considered choices, and letting a home evolve over time.
The feature resonated strongly with our audience by offering an authentic,
homeowner-led perspective on renovating historic London homes. By blending
practical design, layered vintage styling, and community-led storytelling, the
collaboration positioned Good Bones London as a compelling example of
characterful, modern family living.

We partnered with interior designer Rebecca Constable to step inside her beautifully
restored London townhouse, a family home she’s been thoughtfully renovating over
the past eight years, room by room, with function always leading the design.
Rebecca shares how she approached the kitchen as the true heart of the home,
balancing generous storage, practical flow, and everyday family living with warm
materials, artful details, and a relaxed, lived-in feel. From the dining nook and garden
connection to clever “back of house” additions like coat storage and a pantry, every
choice is designed to make the space work harder, without ever losing its charm.
Moving through the snug and front reception room, Rebecca explains how she
defines each space with purpose, ensuring the home feels layered rather than purely
open-plan. Original period features sit alongside meaningful personal pieces, from
inherited artwork to a family piano, creating rooms that feel collected, calm, and
genuinely hers.
Upstairs, the tour continues with soothing bathrooms, clever multi-purpose solutions,
and Rebecca’s signature use of colour, often introduced through woodwork rather
than feature walls. From the serene principal bedroom to the bold, playful kids’ floor,
this is a masterclass in creating a home that’s both characterful and beautifully
liveable.

We partnered with interior designer Sacha Berger, founder of Honeybee Interiors, to
showcase this thoughtfully restored North London home, where original character is
carefully balanced with warm, contemporary design.
Set in Highgate, the project began as a rear extension before evolving into a full
interior refurbishment. Throughout the home, original architectural features have
been retained and elevated, from restored doors and stained glass windows to
carefully considered panelling, joinery, and flooring, creating a strong sense of
continuity and craftsmanship.
At the heart of the home, the extended kitchen and living spaces are designed for
everyday family life, combining traditional cabinetry, earthy tones, natural materials,
and layered lighting. Bespoke joinery, a dual-aspect fireplace, and subtle zoning
allow each area to feel distinct while remaining visually connected to the garden
beyond.
Upstairs, the design continues with calm, textural bedrooms, custom storage, and
softly layered finishes that prioritise comfort and longevity. Throughout the home,
Sacha’s approach focuses on collaboration, considered detailing, and creating
spaces that feel both elegant and deeply liveable.

We partnered with Los Angeles-based interior designer Kim Lapine to revisit her
Spanish-style family home, reimagined from a dark, 90s-era interior into a light,
modern space that still honours its original character.
From the moment you enter, Kim sets the tone with bold, personality-led choices,
a statement white oak staircase, an expressive entry floor, and a moody plastered
powder room that proves small spaces can carry the biggest design impact.
Throughout the home, she keeps key architectural details like the classic bottle-cap
windows, using them as an anchor while layering in softer finishes, warmer palettes,
and more contemporary forms.
Across the main living spaces, the design is all about contrast and collected
character: graphic stone fireplaces, plaster textures, vintage finds mixed with modern
pieces, and lighting used as “jewellery” to elevate each room. In the dining room and
kitchen, Kim leans into her signature palette, muted pinks, earthy oak, and statement
marble, creating rooms that feel playful, flattering, and genuinely liveable.
Upstairs, thoughtful millwork and warm wood panelling make compact spaces feel
intentional, while the family areas prioritise practicality without losing style. From a
pink zellige kids’ bathroom to a spa-like primary suite layered in travertine, plaster,
and soft lighting, the home is a confident blend of traditional Spanish bones and
Kim’s modern, design-forward point of view.
